A devastating stroke in May 2021 changed the future for this husband and wife team. Robin has been a committed health warrior for the past 18 years. Greg, on the other hand, was your typical "HAIL MARY" fast food junky. After a year (post stroke) of failed attempts to "manage" Greg's high blood pressure and high cholesterol the couple knew they had to take matters into their own hands. Robin dedicated thousands of hours into educating herself on the Carnivore Lifestyle, finally, with a great deal of trepidation the couple prayerfully committed. The rest is history! Greg's blood markers are better than they have ever been in his adult life and Robin found the key that unlocked her post menopausal weight gain.
